As a lawyer at cd law, a boutique law firm that specializes in competition law matters in Turkey, I provide legal advice and representation to clients on various aspects of antitrust law, such as merger control, abuse of dominance, cartel investigations, individual exemptions, and compliance programs. I have been working in this field for over twelve years, and I have handled complex and challenging cases involving leniency applications, Phase II investigations, and defence strategies.I have a strong academic background and a passion for competition policy issues. I hold a PhD in Private Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, an MSc in Competition and Market Regulation from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from City University London. I have also published several articles and monographs on competition law topics in national and international journals, and I have spoken at various conferences and seminars. My goal is to contribute to the development and enforcement of effective and fair competition rules in Turkey and beyond.
