I am an Integrative psychotherapist and an HCPC accredited counselling psychologist. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults with a range of difficulties, including self harm, depression, anxiety, traumatic histories, eating disorders and parenting difficulties. In addition to individual therapy, I have experience running a support group for adults with high functioning autism; a pilot group in association with Autism Oxford.
