Diving deep into research, I was a Research Fellow to NHS England Funded projects, including the National Evaluation of Clinical Pharmacists in General Practice, GP/Pharmacy Transformation Project and a CCG Funded Community Pharmacy Video Reflexivity for Safety project.Within all my research projects, I conducted significant ethnographic service evaluations of trial healthcare models, generated feasibility studies, inc. of a video reflexivity model that was aimed at improving community pharmacy safety. I conducted systematic literature reviews, explored research and trial methodologies with pharmacists, commissioners, and multinational companies. I was also a part of the evaluation of large-scale patient facing research for undergraduate pharmacy students.Prior to this, as a Research Assistant on the Improving Nursing Undergraduate Student Experience with Peer Mentoring project, I led the evaluation of educational and pastoral intervention for Nursing Students and developed a peer mentoring scheme that was repeatedly extended over 3 years, and formed the basis for a university-wide roll out of peer mentoring. As a result, I was nominated and won the Dearing award for Teaching & Learning.

I joined The University of Nottingham as both an Educational Researcher and Project Manager. I was a part of the peer mentoring project that was focused on raising awareness of hearing loss in educational research. I managed a group of student action researchers through the design, validation, administration and testing of research as a part of a university NAA module. As project manager, I successfully recruited, trained, and managed 100+ peer mentors to the programme to oversee the growth and attainment of 400 undergraduates. I personally delivered modules and tutorials on best practice dissemination.
