Course Director for the FCDO Leadership programmes within the Enterprise and Innovation Portfolio at Coventry University. Currently managing and teaching on the Chevening Leadership Fellowship Programme, which is aimed at developing senior public servants and government officials from the Commonwealth. I also contribute as a facilitator (part of the CU Tutor Team) on the FLS Civil Service Leadership Programme.

Founded and managed this social enterprise that empowered and developed low income women in rural Africa. As CEO of the organisation, I worked independently to develop and implement innovative social enterprise projects that empowered women.

Provided training/coaching for managers in UNILEVER in West and East Africa. Facilitated leadership development programmes, including personal leadership capabilities, team building and conflict resolution. Developed cross-cultural leadership competencies.

Involved in academic research aimed at identifying whether and in what circumstances faith-based organisations made a distinctive contribution to the achievement of development objectives in Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia and Pakistan.
