Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Sector Ethics and Business Conduct Program. Manage the sector ethics program by: serving as ethics advisor to sector management; providing guidance, direction and support to the sector Business Conduct Officers (BCOs); implementing corporate ethics initiatives including training and communications, developing and implementing sector specific initiatives; ensuring proper review and evaluation of reported violations for the sector; leading the sector ethics committee to ensure leadership is informed of ethics issues and activities; and participate in the corporate ethics standing committee to discuss and plan enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Direct, design, develop, and implement global and domestic diversity and inclusion strategies, priorities, initiatives• Evaluate employee survey data to identify barriers and propose solutions to creating an inclusive environment• Lead the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council by developing areas of focus and introducing diversity initiatives supportive of the unique business needs of the organization • Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives implemented • Collaborate with EEO/Compliance on sector diversity metrics and Affirmative Action Plans and development specific actionable plans with clear accountability and metrics to address any gaps• Serve as a member of the sector human resources leadership team

Responsible for preparation, review and overall support of corporate office forward pricing. Primary responsibilities include preparation of forward pricing rate proposals, determination of corporate allocations, monthly/quarterly reporting of actual costs, and government impact analyses. Communicate and provide appropriate guidance regarding sector and business unit updating of Corporate forward pricing and billing amounts to be included in pricing and interim billing rates. Support both internal and DCAA/government audits and Requests for Information (RFI’s). Responsible for preparing SOX self-assessments and support Internal Audit/D&T testing of controls. Manage all Corporate Truth In Negotiation Agreements (TINA) to include write-up and distribution to Contracts and Pricing, sectors, and DCMA. Frequent coordination with other corporate functions, sector liaisons, financial planning and government auditors.

Responsible for the preparation, review and overall support of the Corporate Office Expense and Capital Budgets. Responsibilities include interfacing with other corporate organizations and sectors to understand all elements of department and pool account expense. Track, review and prepare monthly actual expense reports and special purpose reports. Support preparation of the Corporate Office Expense Forward Pricing Rate Proposal. Support Corporate Office organizations with general ledger corrections and/or reclasses of expense as needed. Frequent coordination with other corporate functions.
