I am a licensed Naturopathic Physician practicing in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, BC with a focus on burnout, fatigue, and digestive health. I see a variety of patients with chronic conditions including: food sensitivities, sleep issues, sports injuries/spinal misalignments, pain, hormonal irregularities, and much more. My naturopathic toolkit includes: IV therapy, Advanced Blood Testing, Nutritional supplements, Acupuncture, Spinal manipulations, exercise therapeutics, Counselling and so much more.I believe that there is a huge untapped potential in people that is not being utilized, due to the currentnorms in lifestyle in modern day, and I want to educate and get people to question, become more aware, and regain the connection with their body and their health and the interaction with the world around them, so that certain preventable diseases are not limiting us to our experience of life.I have also been involved in many workshops and talks, such as 12-hour sourdough bread workshops where we taught people how to not only make sourdough bread, but also what it means to live a healthy lifestyle, including such things as the health benefits of eating 'real food,' the importance of the health of the gut microbiome, and novel ways to think about exercise. I have also taken part in many health-food related festivals, such as green tea festivals, sourdough bread festivals, cultured food festivals, and lavender festivals both in Canada and the U.S, educating and demonstrating the importance of good, unaltered, nutritious food and implementing these healthy practices into people's lifestyles. Through these various experiences, I have always loved working alongside many different people from all walks of life both locally and internationally.
