I have the great privilege of knowing both sides - for the benefit of my clients!Hi, I am Daniel Schumann, attorney, ex-judge, and founder of "JURA SPRINT", an e-learning platform. After my 2nd legal state exam, I first worked as a judge and conducted more than 400 civil and 200 criminal cases. My aim was to bring the proceedings to a "fair" solution for all sides in the most efficient way possible. My completion rates were high above average at 138% in civil law and 159% in criminal law.Today, I work as an attorney and mainly advise on procedural issues in general civil law and white-collar criminal law. Here, my experience as a judge helps me to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients as efficiently as possible.
