Developing sourcing strategies and conducting complex negotiations are the main focus of my daily work. I manage a team of twelve consultants and project managers and I am responsible for customer management (industry-market leaders). Working in international teams I define sophisticated procurement and category strategies and implement these successfully. In particular, I have expertise in sourcing all kinds of direct materials, consultancy and IT categories. Hereby my holistic approach, which is based on applied game theory and behavioural economics, empowers procurement to leverage their full potential. While the application of methodology is independent of industry and business unit, my current focus is on complex and strategic sales and procurement negotiations within the automotive industry. By developing and optimizing processes and tailor-made negotiation designs crossfunctionally I support our clients to achieve agile organizations (benchmark in the industry) and immediate success. My passion for strategy and negotiations developed while doing my PhD in economics at LMU Munich. Since then I gathered seven years of practical experience in a diverse set of projects for tier 1 suppliers and OEMs who have been facing disruptive change due to digitalization and electrification.
