I have recently begun a new role as a lecturer in Carlow College St Patrick's, having completed my PhD in Psychology in Maynooth University, examing challenges in neuropsychological assessment for screening and diagnosing of dementia within the Travelling Community, funded by the Irish Research Council. I previously graduated from Maynooth University in 2017 with a BA Psychology (first class honours) and from UCD with an MPsychSc (first class honours) in 2018. Research interests include applied research, often overlooked populations, and the bi-directional relationship between policy and research in applied settings.
