That is why I have dedicated 15+ years to providing individualized instruction and program development for students with diverse learning needs as a Teacher and Special Education Supervisor at Channelview ISD.My core competencies include designing and implementing effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), leading collaborative teams, analyzing data, and providing specialized training to staff. I have spearheaded various initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of special education programs, resulting in improved student outcomes and satisfaction. I have also demonstrated my leadership and management skills, ensuring that every student receives the tailored support necessary for their academic and personal success.Beyond the classroom, I am passionate about advocating for inclusivity and equity in education. I actively participate in community programs, promoting understanding and support for individuals with diverse learning needs. I hold a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management, which reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
