As a psychologist with over a decade of rich experience, I am passionate about helping people overcome their life challenges. I have also developed skills in training, teaching, and mentoring diverse individuals from different backgrounds. I believe in a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy, where I customize the therapy according to each client's unique needs. I use various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and insight oriented psychodynamic approaches, to provide a comprehensive and effective treatment plan. I have a special interest in young adults, but I work with clients of all ages, from 12 to 60 years old.
