 Managing development of process research & development, scale-up, implementation. Designing and developing the synthetic processes for product development as per pre-defined business strategies and market demands through Infringing Patent Routes (IP) or Non-Infringing Patent Routes (NIP).  Selecting synthetic routes through IP or NIP and developing a cost effective viable process technologies to Regulated & Less Regulated Markets. Effective and extensive studies on critical reaction parameters & process controls, optimizing and validating the process at various levels. Implanting the effective cost controls on process development by applying the recovery & reuse of solvents & II crops, capacity increase and technical grade raw materials or materials obtained from large scale suppliers. Working for continual improvements to improve quality & yield of product and minimize the ETP load. Executing the in-depth & detailed literature search and survey for existing or proposed drug molecules. Particle size development using Focused Beam Reflectance Measurement (FBRM) Effective and extensive studies on optimizing and validating the Quality Attributes, Critical Reaction Parameters & process controls, using analytical results & process modifications. Impurity profiling, synthesis/separation of impurities and characterisation as per Regulatory requirements and also with respect to process. Effective and extensive studies on identifying & characterising different polymorphs of a drug substance and development of commercial processes. Assisting synthetic and analytical developmental groups, in writing and reviewing SOPs, reports with relevant scientists support as required. Total heat calculation using Reaction calorimetry ( RC1e)
