Course Coordinator for dual Masters Degree course between Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai and Monash University's Master in International Development Practice (MIDP) Course. In this role, I coordinated 10 courses taught by various faculties of TISS and also taught public policy, Research Methods and governance areas along with faculties of different universities based in USA, India and Singapore. Coordination with Office for International Affairs incoming verticals with different Partner Universities of TISS, hosting their students at TISS and having interactions with them on various teaching and non-teaching issues were among the major work handled in this role. Mentoring students of MIDP was a key role to shape them and make them learn various activities of Master degree course was another area explored first hand post PhD at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai.

Working on the area of Political Economy and Power Politics of Agriculture Power Policy and its impact on Water Access in Green Revolution area of Haryana's Kurukshetra district. The agriculture and groundwater two major variables of this project was main concern to look and understand the field in Northern Western Indian state of Haryana. The challenges of Politics of various categories of Farmers and their accessibility of water to produce various crops in Haryana looked and debated critically. The mixed method research helped the project to get the views of various respondents of field to access their views and helped the project to bring major results related to agriculture, power subsidy, and groundwater access primarily.
