I am a focused, progressive, result-driven, academic leader.I have been a part of event planning & management and more so, peoples Management.As an Academician , I am endowed with continuous transformation and innovation mindset and have consistently maintained organizational bottom lines using managerial prudence and acumen. I envision a path forward and energize the institutes to achieve tremendous output.With total experience of 19 years, I have demonstrated proficiency in introducing three different curricula – the leading national curriculum offered in India ICSE/ISC along with the Cambridge IGCSE programme and the International Baccalaureate (IB). I thrive in cross functional team whilst becoming a significant value contributor to the business and bringing value to my stakeholders.Besides teaching my core subject being English Language and literature, i have been associated with Pastoral roles for 11 years, a holistic role where well-being, pastoral areas and Parent dealing is at the fore.
