Professor Dr. P.K. DEVAN, has an immense Teaching experience of more than 30 years. Hecompleted his B.E in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras in 1989and his M.E in Thermal Sciences from College of Engineering, Anna University in 2001.He is a doctorate in IC Engines from College of Engineering, Anna University in 2010 andhas long R&D Experience that spans over a period of 14 yearsHe is a Life Member and Fellow in Institution of Engineers (FIE), Life member in Society ofAutomotive Engineers (SAE) and life member in ISTE.He has visited Singapore for research assignment and presented a paper in InternationalConference during 2018.He has organized several FDPs, seminars and short term training programs funded by AICTE,Anna University and State Government.He has received Six patents to his credit and filed 13 patents.He has published more than 50 peer reviewed Research Papers in International Journals and10 papers in National Journals.He has guided THREE Ph D scholars.He has received funds to the tune of Rs 15 lakhs from DST, AICTE, Anna University,TNSCST, Govt. of Tamil Nadu to organize various events like FDP, STTP, Workshop. EDCand Research. He is also the Co- investigator of MODROB scheme for the fund of Rs 15lakhs.He is a recognized supervisor of Anna University.He is a reviewer of Elsevier and Iranian and other reputed journals and InternationalConferences and also key note speaker in International conferences.He has delivered many guest lectures in the AICTE sponsored and Anna University sponsoredFDP, STTP and workshops.
