I manage Lab Operation, overall administration of lab with demonstrative managerial & professional skill in the area of Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology & Serology & facilitate the business day to day. I am regularly attending refresher courses, CME's & conferences to keep me update. I have prepared a project report on 'Quality assessment in Laboratory system' during my PGDHHM which helps me to conduct quality check in my daily business.I have undergone training program on "Quality Management Systems and Internet Audit in Medical Labs as per ISO 15189. Applied this knowledge to get NABL audit done at Jyoti hospital where I was Lab Director and Consultant Pathologist, successfully in December 2021 and recently at Marudhar hospital in June 2023 where I am working as Laboratory head and Consultant Pathologist. I am also involved in maintaining quality in the Lab by participating in Internal Quality Control program and External Quality Assurance Program. Provided extensive training to Lab Technicians and Paramedical staff.My studies 'Fellowship in Clinical Research' provided me an opportunity to understand the aspects associated with Clinical trials involving human subjects. I have good understanding of Good Clinical Practices(GCP) & Good Laboratory Practices(GLP).It provided me a guidance on implementing GLP requirement that are critical for laboratory operations.
