Volunteer (Part Time)Ensure standards are maintained through monitoring and audits● Ensure appropriate reviews and assessments take place● To ensure care plans are completed for all residents according to scheduled time● Deploy staff efficiently and control Duty Rota● Adhere to policies and procedures● Monitor specific aspects of care work with the Care Home Manager to ensure smoothrunning of the Home● Ensure all residents have a complete assessment prior to admission to the home● To ensure as a minimum an annual re assessment of each resident’s needs is completed
