Dr. Dimitrios V. Nikolaidis is an experienced executive and academic with studies in the United States. He has specialized in business administration of service and leisure organizations. Dimitrios has had higher managerial positions in Greece and the US. For a number of years, he was the Head of the Business Administration and Economics Department in the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. He is also an Associate professor at University of York Europe Campus, City College and a visiting professor at the University of Tilburg, TIAS Business School in the Netherlands.He has had articles published in national and international journals, while he has also been invited to many seminars and conferences, analyzing such subjects as business administration, quality management, communication strategies, innovation, product development and managing services. He has accumulated more than 5,500 hours in corporate training through his company DNA Consutling and Training, in the form of workshops in the areas: 1) Building Brands from the Inside out, 2) Service Excellence as a competitive advantage, 2) Improving Communication for Effectivemess, 4) Developing Procucts as a Growing strategy.Dimitrios started as a General Manager at Embryolab in 2017 and in July of 2020 he was advanced to the position of CEO. He supports the administration, placing the person at the centre. He operates without having any hidden agenda and can be described as being understanding, rational, just and respectful. He works cohesively and very much believes in the power of team.
