Dr. Doreen joined Sime Darby R&D as the Head of Innovation Centre Asia who was responsible to manage all the product specifications and formulations of all products as well as providing technical and application support services to all customers and sales & marketing members. One of her passions was to understand customer's requirements; in order to meet their applications and functionality requirements. Due to her technical and customer service experiences, she is currently in-charged of Global Key Accounts Management who is responsible to develop, build and manage the long term relationships and partnerships with global key account customers to make sure that all the requirements and needs of the global key customers are met as well as to achieve the business sustainability of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad.She was also well-verse in developing technology roadmap, global technology trends analysis, patent portfolio analysis, technology fore-sighting when she was holding the position as a Senior Manager in Technology & Strategy Planning in MIMOS Berhad. Dr. Doreen started her Specialty Oils & Fats journey with IOI Loders Croklaan Asia. She was the Application & Product Development cum Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager at IOI Loders Croklaan Asia based in Pasir Gudang, JB She has special passion in providing Application and Product Development services to all customers as well as managing day to day operations in Lab Quality Management under the capacity as a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager. Dr. Doreen was the Biotechnology Manager/CTO Assitant with InventQjaya whom she met diverse experts who were passion about Science, Technology and Innovation.
