I am an entrepreneur, innovation consultant researcher, and lecturer in higher education institutes. I believe that innovation is multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary. I also believe that innovation is a "Long-Term team sport" and not an individual "Eureka moment." I implement this approach in my current work and academic research and teaching.In my Doctoral dissertation, I researched the link between firms "stuck" in a growth setback stage and their ability to transform their Business Model for renewed growth. The tool can be used at the strategic level (i.e., where a firm is trying to reinvent itself or expand its horizons) or at the tactical level (i.e., where detailed analysis of the BM can help identify opportunities for a change).I co-founded three companies: 1. OncoHost, a company developing personalized strategies to increase the effectiveness of cancer therapies2. TopiCx, which leverages Conversational-AI & behavioral models to enable brands to engage with their customers according to their personality and decision-making profile. 3. I2MS - A consulting and training company with a mission to accelerate firms' growth through integrated innovation services.
