With over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, I have developed and implemented effective strategies and solutions for crisis management, emergency management, anti-terrorism, procedural justice, and community policing.I hold a Doctor of Arts in Leadership Studies from Franklin Pierce University, where I focused on leading and developing non-profit, public, and educational organizations. I also have an Advanced Specialist Certification from the Force Science Institute, a renowned research and training center for human behavior in high-stress situations. I am passionate about advancing the field of public safety and justice, and I serve on the boards of two organizations that promote restorative justice and inclusive education.
