I have been actively involved in consulting projects in the field of franchising in the Adriatic region and Austria for over a decade for FranAdria GmbH (leading franchising consultancy company in the Adriatic area).Franchising remains main primary focus and specialty, even more so from autumn 2018 onwards, since I am now engaged as a CEO at Growentas GmbH, a Vienna based private equity firm that invests into brands offering superior products & services and delivering compelling returns. Our strategy is to invest in established global franchises, as well as develop and turn new business concepts with a proven track record of success and franchise potential into successful franchise brands.I have been constantly upgrading my franchising know-how, through working in over 80 full-scale franchising business consultancy projects (for small to large sized companies), and last but not least, though achieving my PhD in franchising in 2017 (my doctoral thesis being Risk and incentives in franchising contracting. I am also a presenter on the topic of franchising in various conferences and seminars in Europe and oversees.
