I am foreign Licensed Medical Doctor since 1993 located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I obtained my medical as degree as Physician & Surgeon at the Universidad del Zulia (University of Zulia State, Venezuela), highly ranked in South America.I am Author, Creator and/or Developer of the following programs and projects:• Author of an innovative and unique Telemedicine Health Mobile Device & App.• Author of Global Satellite Remote Diagnosis Mobile Telemedicine Units program, USA Provisional Patent Invent No. 6/680,647 (2012).• Creator of GENESIS Program, Gerencia Médica Emprendedora del Sistema de Salud Público, a digital management & clinical hospital program designed for Latin-American Public Health system (2007).• Developer of Ambulatory & Emergency Prepaid medical services for private clinics, at Centro Clinico Mara clinic (1995), Policlinica Mara clinic (1998), Corporacion Plan Salud clinic (2011). As a Physician the focus of my career has been Creating innovative ideas in the medical field and Teaching residents Physicians and Nursing staff. As Medical Director / Chief of Residents running my own clinic and a third party’s clinics (Primary care / Emergency / Hospitalization services) for almost two decades, I’ve been training resident Medical Doctors to properly get experienced in the clinical work environment, evaluating their medical performance and interaction with the patients, patients’s relatives and personnel at the work site as well. Also. I have been Coordinator for Specialties Physicians at their medical consultancy, surgical procedures and hospitalization criteria process, conducting supervision and evaluation of their performance according to the manual of rules & procedures of the clinics, and performing supervision of the allied health staff as well. As a college Professor I have instructed academic medical courses to Registered Nurses. I have been invited several times to be conference Speaker in international events regarding my inventions or programs. I have done volunteer medical work in many countries for more tan 20 years.
