Arya Sasol Polymer Company (ASPC) is the joint venture petrochemical company of Sasol Ltd from South Africa and National Petrochemical Company from Iran. ASPC produces ethylene and polyethene from the South Pars Gas field in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone. The company is recognized as one of the most successful joint ventures in Iran. The company has almost 1000 direct employees and more than 1500 indirect as the contractors. I was responsible for supervising a team of five HR Business partners to provide HR services.

HR Operations, Strategic HRM

Naurin Energy Company is a holding company in the oil and gas industry that has different subsidiaries which are involved in commercial and engineering consultancy services in the oil and gas industry. The company had around 100 staff during its projects as a project-based company.I worked as the HR manager in the holding company and reported to the managing director. My role was to provide the HR necessary advises and the establishment of the HR system in the company.

Bamadad Badakhshan Engineering and Management Company is an engineering and management consultancy company that is involved in upstream oil and gas projects. Most of the engineering services are provided by cooperating with multinational companies such as Repsol, KCA Drilling and Eni. One of the main projects the company had was the development of Salman Offshore oil and gas field in the Persian Gulf. The company also had a joint venture with KCA UK based drilling company. During that project, the company had 300 direct employees.My role as the Personnel Officer was mostly focused on the sourcing the workforce for the project based on the manpower plan and follow up the personnel issues as well as other HR relative activities.
