Eike is a change strategist and former professor of management based in Munich. He drives the design and realization of complex change endeavors as sparring partner for leadership teams and coach for transformation teams. Eike specializes in helping hierarchical organizations with their transformation to a flexible system of effective units. He draws on 20 years of experience as consultant, coach and trainer as well as founder, leader and manager.During his business studies in Paderborn Eike gained insights into change processes at Nygard International in Canada, Daimler Chrysler Corporate University and Lufthansa School of Business. He found his purpose and made it his profession. Parallel to his PhD on effective change in Oxford he worked as in-house consultant in the central change management department of BMW Group. He lived for three months in Nepal and three months in Spain.In 2004 he became self-employed as a change consultant and started building Wagner & Teams. In 2013 Eike co-founded the Cooperative Change Group as the first change consultancy in Germany that was organized as a cooperative and acted as Co-CEO. In order to speed up his learning and stay in flow by working with like-minded people only, Eike co-founded emergize together with Philipp Forster in 2018 and they started the development of an emergent change approach that draws upon insights and practices from agility, design, complexity theory, behavioral economics, neurosciences, ambidexterity, gamification, digitalization, consciousness and more.Eike is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and in 2016 he was elected Top Coach in a survey by FOCUS and XING.
