Responsible for all MSC curriculum design and training development. Expert knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum management, training design and development, instruction and measurement of training effectiveness.

Responsible for training and operational readiness for all MSC ships in the 2nd, 5th, and 6th fleet areas of operation. Coordinated with crews to organizes training and obtain ATFP requirements to meet operational standards.

Coordinates, manages and monitors the day to day business operations of ten MWR facilities and a $2 million budget. Direct supervisor of 10 managers and over 500 personnel.

• Administered and executed a $4 million Anti-terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) contract providing oversight and coordination with private sector businesses for 6 complex task orders. • Manager of a $1.6 million yearly ATFP budget, overseeing and budgeting contracting funding, military travel, working dog funds, and administrative expenses for 30 personnel.

• As Ship’s Gunnery Officer and G-2 Division Officer led 45 sailors and managed all aspects of gunnery operations including personnel, training, and budget control. • As a Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt project leader directly contributed to the continuous process improvement initiative of the Navy.
