Financial and Technical Support for innovative projects in the public sector based on free competition, objective evaluation, award and management including organizational development in the public sector.- Conducting methodical project management through plans & methodologies related to Scope, Time, Quality, Change, Risk & Financial management.- Establishing project governance over cross-functional operations by means of methodologies, tracking, validation& reporting systems.- Identifying scope, time and cost constraints including establishing evaluation criteria of projects.- Full analysis & evaluation of competing projects and awards.- Manage the tendering cycle of potential projects.- Conducting project financial management.- Conducting project acceptance and closure.- Planning& implementing restructuring projects on the hyper-institutional and institutional levels.- Conducting analysis for merger, new venture establishment and structural mapping decisions.- Providing consultancy support for different transformational and organizational development projects.

- Delivered lectures for B. Sc. Students in Operations Management, Project Management and Operations Research for Business Management Bachelor Students.- Participated in Curricula Development for the above mentioned courses.

Post reports to the Program Director for a$160 million nationwide program (National Broadband Program)to design, construct &manage a fiber optical network for e-learning and e-government.- Prepared and updated project plans for the program.- Reported project progress to program director through coordination with Network architecture, GIS designs, QA, tendering, implementation, contract management, consulting & supervision.- Fulfilled financial activities including budgeting, financial planning, costing, invoice auditing and processing.- Managed the tendering cycle (tenders preparation, inquiries and clarifications, proposals technical and financial evaluation and award decision).- Responsible for Legal and Contractual Documentation preparation and contract administration of all projects.- Assisted the program director in defining, negotiating & managing strategic partnership agreements with international, national, private sector and Governmental entities.

- - Prepared and followed up on the aggregate plans and the master production schedules for different products.- Coordinated between production department, purchasing department, sales and marketing division, financial division and the warehouses to maintain a balanced supply chain.
