• Manage directly the ECVP’s front office staff to ensure automation and effective administrative support.

• Coordinating Nigeria’s Long-Term Plan (Vision 2030) on Plan Formulation, Plan Review, Issues on Plan Execution, Identification of low hanging fruits for quick economic recovery and sustained inclusive growth.
• Analyse critical national issues and teasing out policies ensuing from such analysis. At least two key Policy Option papers and countless Policy Briefs have been developed and are informing and shaping national policy.
• Identify trade-offs and policy options for macro and sectoral issues.

• Focus on macroeconomic work to deepen country knowledge.
• Work in team in the preparation of the African Economic Outlook, the Country Strategy Paper and other flagship knowledge products of the Bank.
• Examine the impact of Bank Group operations in Nigeria, of regional economic integration programmes, and make recommendations on the role of the Bank Group in assisting regional integration initiatives.

• Participate in aid coordination activities with bilateral and multilateral donors, with emphasis on promoting the co-financing of projects and programs.
• Undertake regular assessment of the political and economic environment and development in Nigeria, establishing their implications for Bank portfolio and providing advise to Bankmanagement on risks and opportunities.

• Led a team of researchers to assist the Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone to improve domestic resource mobilization through introduction and implementation of VAT policy.
• Designed M&E framework for monitoring progress of selected ECOWAS member countries toward meeting the MDGs.
