Senior Program Manager of an analytical cell focused on Counterintelligence (CI) support to Force Protection for a multi-disciplined Echelon Above Corps Military Intelligence Brigade, supporting the USFK / CFC / UNC and Eighth U.S. Army in the Republic of Korea (ROK); Plans and executes the expansion and training for the Information Dominance (IDC) network to the brigade headquarters; Collects, evaluates, reports, and produces special intelligence products on potential force protection and terrorist threats with the ROK area of operations; Manages and executes an operations budget of over $100,000 for system and architecture upgrades; Coordinates with U.S. CI agencies within ROK.

Served an Intelligence Analyst in Charge, leading an eight member team of intelligence analysts providing Brigade level military intelligence analysis. Appointed as the Organization Special Security Officer (SSO)—resident expert on SCI security matters, functioning as the technical authority in all other areas of classified security and classification guidance.
