• Technical support to the government and stakeholders on COVID-19 Surveillance (Jan 2020- till now) by facilitating TOT on case definition, suspected and probable case identifications, contact tracing, sample collection, storage and transportation and testing methods like RAT, Gene X-pert & RT-PCR, Infection prevention and control (IPC) procedures, risk assessment, data analysis for weekly IMS meeting presentation, cross-border transmission prevention through surveillances on the portal of entries.• Technical support in National COVID-19 Vaccination program through mass campaign & routine centers by using vaccines like Pfizer/AstraZeneca/Moderna/Sinopharm/Sinovac/J&J following WHO SAGE guidelines and NITAG recommendations (Feb 2021-Till now).• Technical support and strengthening National Routine EPI (Expanded Program on Immunization) and Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) surveillance activities as per WHO standards (Jun 2019-Till now).• I am involved in planning, monitoring of national events like as NIDs, MNT campaign, Measles campaign, Vitamin-A week.• AFP/Measles/CRS/NT/AES/COVID-19/Serious AEFI cases & outbreak investigations for appropriate immunization responses (ORI/CRI/SIA) with Rapid Convenience Monitoring (RCM). • Effective vaccine management (EVM) assessment for cold chain capacity enhancement.• New vaccine introduction program in Bangladesh (HPV/JE/TCV/Rota Virus etc.) in future.• To improve for a responsive and resilient health system for universal health coverage (UHC) and PHC.• Health System strengthening (HSS) through capacity building of government counterpart.• Strengthening web based HMIS and DHIS2 database reporting.• Program or project monitoring and evaluation through DQSA, surveys, RCA, and reviews meetings.• Capable of handling large data sets, data visualization tools (R, SPSS, Excel, GIS, DHIS2) and online data collection tool (KOBO, ODK).• Promoting operational mixed method research to identify and disseminate best practices.

• Diarrheal, Pneumonia, Nutritional diseases investigation, clinical management, data management, electronic medical record tracking. Adherence to the practice of the WHO guideline on management of hospitalized sick children & diarrheal diseases of all age groups. • To treat patients after proper history taking, examination, and clinical evaluation through the EMR system (Sheba software) with the help of Tabs. • To follow up on patients at the Short Stay Unit (SSU) and Long Stay Unit (LSU) and to investigate patients after proper justification. • To supervise nurses and health workers for ensuring proper care of the patients during duty time. • To prepare for the discharge of the patients and provide discharge certificates as well. • To input the daily progress reports of the admitted patients with electronic medical record systems named Sheba. • To do epidemiological investigations or case study in case of any diarrhoeal or pneumonia diseases outbreak or sporadic cases. • Data analysis of EMR software (Sheba) for epidemiological linkages if any and formulating quantitative research designs. • I received training on BELIEVE cohort study (Matlab icddr,b- the largest case control study area in the world with HDSS) under the CAPABLE Program in Bangladesh supported by the University of Cambridge.

• To visit at the field level as a team leader with field assistants to different municipal markets, dairy farms, and animal husbandries for epidemiological investigations of Zoonotic TB within target study participants especially cattle handlers and butchers. • To do necessary history taking & evaluation with relevant physical examination in the field to find out suspected zoonotic TB from study participants. • To enrol study participants based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. • To collect necessary samples from suspected study participants for investigations in the lab. • To fill up questionnaires of the study participants by direct interview. • To report daily field, visit summary to PI and enter daily field data in Microsoft Excel & SPSS. • To analyse the lab reports & to communicate with study participants for further follow-up. • To drive & motivate the team members for deserved results with stepwise proper planning.
