Served as an educator and mentor to ensure students are equipped with the necessary academic skills to be successful in the 21st century through various leadership opportunities. Coordinator of the district's Title III Grant and Mentoring Tomorrow's Leaders (MTL) programs. Served as a liaison between the Bilingual ESOL Department, Student Services Department and the elementary school to ensure a successful implementation of the ESOL and MTL programs as mandated by the district and state. Collaborated with students, staff, and community to create an environment of success for all students. Implemented successful academic parent nights to enhance their knowledge of academic standards and rigor. Promoted college and career readiness through a series of cultural and educational trips to include college tours. Mentored students and staff through a series of leadership development opportunities.

Coordinator of the district's High School Grant Initiative (HSGI). Served as a Graduation Coach and mentor for the Student Services Department to ensure that at-risk students graduated on time at a local high school with the highest dropout rate and the lowest graduation rate at the time. My successful implementation resulted in the school's graduation rate to increase to 90.3%. Mentored students and staff through a series of leadership development opportunities.

Membership Manager for 34 Greek Chapters at various universities. Worked closely with Supreme Council, chapters' leadership team, to promote the organization's vison. Attended annual conventions to increase recruitment efforts overall.
