● Correct, audit, and report all clinical Morbidities/ Incidences happening across the organization.● Correct, audit and report all the Mortality at CCBRT.● Prepare a monthly report on morbidity and mortality across the organization.● Suggest to management any foreseeable risks.

- Responsible to plan, coordinate and supervise Medical Doctors daily allocation, shifts arrangments and on-call daily schedule across the organization in consultation with the Head of Departments (including services performed by temporary Medical Doctors or Medical Doctors on LOCUM basis)-Ensuring daily working schedules are in place and work is distributed(job allocation) accordingly- Oversee the shift arrangments for Medical Doctors as well as Medical Doctors for on-call duties and LOCUM- Ensure daily tracking of perfomance of clinical services and KPIs (Number of consultations, prescriptions, laboratory investigations, and procedures) at OPD and Casualty department-Maintain daily attendance register, to check and report absenteeism & liase with Head of departments for gap filling- Take part in investigations, disciplinary hearings when required-Provide input to perfomance assessment of Medical Doctors to the Heads of Department- Provide advice to the Chief of Medical Services on training needs within the unitOrient new Medical Doctors to the unit on applicable SOPs, guidlines and protocols- Participate in Value stream mapping in OPD, IPD and OTD platforms- Participate in Internal and External quality audits when requested- Participate in Quality improvement action plans- Ensure representation of the unit in platform or clinical meetings

- Attending patients with patient load of over 20 patients per day- Leveraged evidence-based expertise to interpret patient symptoms and test results andcreate individualized plans of care.- Diagnosed and treated diseases in all major clinical departments: Internal medicine, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Pyschiatry, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesia, Opthalmology, Ear, Nose and Throat- Participated in daily ward rounds and departmental meetings aiming to improve patients care- Supporting Medical students doing clinical rotations in respective departments.requirements.- Promoted quality care of patients in alignment with safety, health and organizational regulations.
