After qualifying as a doctor, Fred trained in the NHS for 10 years. He completed his European specialist accreditation and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. During this time he spent a period as a lecturer at Imperial College researching the advent of nature-identical hormones in the management of the menopause. In 1999, he left the NHS to focus on wider lifestyle interventions in prevention of non-communicable diseases. His interest in human performance drew him into elite sport, working with a wide range of international athletes in football, rugby and cricket.In 2006 Fred moved on from sport to concentrate on corporate performance through coaching behavioural change. Corperformance produced globally unchallenged outcome data across a wide range of health and wellness metrics. The evolution of this platform led to the genesis of the proprietary Performance Tool and the birth of the Corperformance Learning Hub.
