I am of Franco-German origin with a great passion for science. The discovery of new things and teaching them is a great pleasure for me.Working in Thailand as a teacher and chemist helped me look at life from different angles. Working in and with another culture helps to develop more creative ideas.After having had the chance to change my perspective I would like to return to Europe to continue my research in the field of renewable energies. I would also be happy to continue teaching.Renewable energies, energy storage and electrocatalysis are the areas in which I specialize. I learned how to use my knowledge of physics and chemistry effectively in teaching. The experience I gained during my scientific work has allowed me to impart to students and students knowledge that goes beyond books.My main skills are-complex understanding of electrochemistry, especialy hydrogen oxidation reaction-profound knowledge in in/-organic chemistry-familiar with hydrogen storage, fuel cell application and heterogenous catalysis-use of different analysis methods like NMR/IR/Raman/UV spectroscopy-presentation with attention to detail and understanding-strong communication skills-creativity-risk management -fast adaption to new and difficult situations-fluid in english, german and french
