Served as the liaison between the Information Technology Agency (ITA), DoD Agencies, and contract vendors. Established and implemented program goals, priorities and objectives for the branch. Conducted Joint Reviews with the Resource Services Washington (RSW) Division to monitor the execution and disbursement of funds. Evaluated financial data to assess project costs to the planned budget. Briefed senior leadership on financial forecasts for fiscal year budget requirements, current projects obligations, and executions. Planned, executed and monitored a Telecommunications reimbursable account valued at over $100M for the Defense Telecommunications Services – Washington (DTSW).

Financial Resource Program Manager for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Vice CJCS, the Joint Staff and 41 Chairman Controlled Activities and Combatant Commands Telecommunications and Infrastructure Programs. Implemented and briefed financial forecasts to senior leadership for fiscal year budget requirements. Executed and monitored a $2M Telecommunications, $12M Network Operations, and a $3M Infrastructure project budget using the Centralized Automated Billing System (CABS). Developed performance work statements and evaluated independent government estimates used to process reimbursable and direct cite acquisition packages to transfer funds. Analyzed obligation and expenditure trends to ensure objectives for the fiscal year financial plan were being executed appropriately. Chaired monthly meetings with the Department of Defense components and private industry agencies to evaluate performance.
