Though I graduated in homeopathy, I have always had a fascination towards psychology. Today, I am an affiliate member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, US. I was also one of the recipients of the Top 100 Healthcare Leaders Award (UAE) at the International Forum of Advancement and Healthcare (2019). But the road to my success has always been under construction. After graduation, I chose to focus on raising two beautiful children. In 2006, my life transformed when I decided to enrol for the ABA foundation course, Started offering home based sessions to children. There was no looking back after that. For more than a decade I have gained experientially rich experience in providing rich one-on-one ABA sessions and consultations to innumerable and diverse families in the UAE. Today, my core expertise lies in creating customized early intervention programs for children with autism, dyslexia or shortcomings in communication, social interaction, academic and other behavioral problems. I am a supporting ABA Affiliate Member (2009 - present).Being a firm believer in life-long learning, I have successfully completed and passed my Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Examination.(BCBA), Florida Institute of Technology. I am actively involved in Providing supervision and training the supervises in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I was a founder Member/Vice President/Member of Research Committee at the Association for Behavior Analysis, India -Key presentations include:- Paper entitled “Using Principles of ABA to demonstrate and strengthen skills in Critical Thinking to prove that children are open to modifiability at all ages of development”; ABA India Conference, Bengaluru (2016).- Paper entitled “Emergence of Speech and Language using Systematic Methodology of Verbal Behavior in a non-verbal ADHD child”; ABA India Conference, Hyderabad (2014).- Paper entitled “Using Escape Extinction in reducing screaming in a 5-year old boy with ADHD”; ABA India Conference, Chennai (2013).- Paper entitled “Using Extinction to Reduce SIB in in 4-year-old with Atopic Eczema and mild diagnosis of mild ASD”; ABA India Conference, Bengaluru (2010)- Conducted workshops for parental awareness at the Indian Consulate supported by SAATHI, Dubai and Manding; 2nd ABA India Conference, New Delhi (2011).- Submitted a joint Poster on “Using Extinction to Reduce SIB in 4 year old with Atopic Eczema & Diagnosis of mild ASD” at the ABAI 36th Annual Convention, San Antonio, Texas (2010).
