The current healthcare system is too reactive; they wait for people to get injured and sick and then provide interventions to treat the systems. This is a highly ineffective way to keep people healthy. That is why I started Move Simply LLC, where we focus on taking a proactive approach to personal health. My goal is to show everyone that taking care of the small issues that you're dealing with now can prevent chronic injuries and diseases down the line.In the world we live in, the amount of information out there on how to "be healthy" is overwhelming. We are inundated with new videos, graphics, and "experts" in every field telling us what we should and shouldn't do. There's some really good stuff out there and some really bad stuff out there, and the next video contradicts the one you just watched. It leaves you thinking, "what the heck am I supposed to do?!"Answer: Move Simply. More Often. Keeping things simple, is the best way that we can quiet all the noise and focus on what really matters. Movement and exercise (paired with simple diet/nutrition, stress management, sleep, and connection) is hands down the best way that we can manage our pain, improve our quality of life, and maximize our health span.
