Responsible for the overall teaching and management of this postgraduate unit in the Graduate Diploma of Mathematics Education, including planning, organising, and delivering the course content  - Conduct weekly 3-hour online lecture and workshop activities, facilitate discussions and interactive learning experiences in a flexible, flipped classroom style - Develop and deliver engaging and interactive course content that aligns with the course learning outcomes and the new National Australian Curriculum Mathematics Syllabus - Design and evaluate assessment tasks, including reports, assignments, and formative assessments. * Nationally coordinate and deliver multi-modal mathematics support materials and programs - Provide group and 1-on-1 mathematics support for undergraduate and postgraduate students, - MRAM (Mathematics Resilience, Anxiety and Mindset) intervention for undergraduates with maths difficulties, and to postgraduate out-of-field teachers retraining into mathematics education - Lead coordination and development of numeracy intervention programs for undergraduate students - Develop and conduct online bridging courses and targeted intervention programs - Facilitate online workshops to prepare Initial Teacher Education students for the Numeracy component of the LANTITE * Research and apply cognitive interventions to enhance student mathematical resilience and reduce mathematics anxiety * Engage in action-research projects across multiple Australian institutions.
