Graeme Thomas is a Partner/Director of 3Pillars Asia Pacific and Managing Director of Intelligent Edge. He has over 24 years experience consulting in a range of strategic, operational and project settings. Graeme specialises in providing services to improve planning, performance measurement and project execution in large organisations. He has particular experience leading and evaluating complex programs.Graeme was previously the Director of a national team of 25 internal management consultants in Air Force and a Principal Consultant in a large national consulting firm. He has also served as the WA President and a National Director of the Australian Institute of Management Consultants. In all of these roles he has led the development of other consultants and the maintenance of professional and ethical standards.Graeme prides himself on providing practical solutions that deliver results for his clients. He has consulted to over 50 companies across a range of industries, from strategy and scorecard development to hands on management of portfolios and large transformation programs. His work has been recognised by a Chief of Air Force Commendation for outstanding leadership, Prime Minister’s Excellence in Business and Community Partnerships Award, a Jacobs Australia Innovation Award, WA and National Project Management Achievement Awards, and several client commendations.
