Public health professional with a focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and healthcare economics, particularly the economic burden of diabetes and hypertension in regional populations. With a background in Ayurveda and clinical practice, I bring a unique blend of holistic health understanding and data-driven research to address pressing healthcare issues.My research and fieldwork have included developing tools to assess fall risks for older adults, coordinating health awareness programs, and contributing to environmental health initiatives. I am passionate about reducing out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and advancing sustainable, age-friendly communities.
