I train psychotherapists to provide exceptional therapy for veterans & first responders. My work is informed by accompanying our military heroes in combat and caring for them upon our return.I regularly consult and train psychotherapists and organizations who work with active-duty military, combat veterans, and first responders. Some of these organizations include the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Defense Health Agency, and the North Carolina Department of Public Safety.As an ICEEFT certified trainer, I provide training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with individuals (EFIT) and couples (EFCT) to include using EFT with a Created for Connection focus as described in Dr. Sue Johnson's and Kenny Sanderfer's book "Created for Connection: The Hold Me Tight for Christian Couples."
