In 2013 it was rated as highly effective in a comprehensive evaluation by Oxford University, and has been the subject of studies by governments across the world. In Brunei CfBT also manages delivery of official examinations such as IELTS and ACCA, and offers a range of workplace training for private and public organisations. During my tenure, I managed HR, recruitment, national educational improvement, and professional development projects in partnership with the Ministry of Education in Brunei Darussalam. Responsible for bidding, management, and delivery for contracts worth approx USD25m pa (total value USD125m+ during my tenure) as well as winning an additional competitive tender with a value of USD30m+.
