I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping youth, adolescents, and adults learn how to manage their mental and behavioral health. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults with substance use issues, depression, anxiety, relationships issues, parenting, and co-occurring disorders. I believe in the following therapeutic approaches; person-centered, solution focus, reality theory, psychoeducation, cognitive behavior therapy, humanistic approach, and behavioral theory.
