Align production plan with CAM software (UG NX) for automatic and faster production. Conceptualize and develop new product design using design packages like I-DEAS, AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer.Conduct periodic training programmes for engineers and workers. Conduct appraisals for them.Install and commission new machines in the tool room when required. Negotiate and finalise quotations and orders.
