My responsibilities include recruiting, screening, and enrolling eligible participants, ensuring informed consent, and safeguarding their rights and safety. I collect, analyze, and report data as per study protocol in EDC (electronic data capture),maintaining accurate documentation of the study procedures and records eCRF (electronic case report form), resolve queries. Effective communication with the Principal Investigator (PI), clinical research associates (CRA), sponsors, and regulatory authorities is fundamental, and I diligently monitor and report adverse events, ensuring unwavering compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.Handling site master file, reviewing Ethics Committee notifications and play a pivotal role in recruiting and enrolling subjects, determining the number of people to participate and criteria for involvement, and working with data. Training and presentation of study protocol, clinical monitoring of source documents, archival of study documents as per sponsor guidelines, Quality checking, Monitoring and handling close out activities.
