Harri Gustafsberg, Ph.D. is a coaching professional, author and researcher. Harri Gustafsberg worked for more than 20 years in the Finnish National Police Special Intervention unit Karhu. Harri worked as an operative management officer and coached physical and psychological skills throughout the 21st century. Training focused not only on personal skills, but also on teamwork and operational management. Work in the most demanding and dangerous police unit has taught how to prepare for both mentally and physically demanding situations. Through the assignments he has seen and experienced what the human mind can do at its most terrible. Harr's first book, "Mind Preparation for Optimal Performance," provides instructions for preparing for demanding situations.
