I have excellent communication skills with patients and carers at all levels within the NHS; this has been demonstrated in the role as coo on a CCG . My passion is improving patients quality of life through evidence based practice, developing best practise models and leading a team to ensure these are used effectively. Working within the NHS requires excellent organisational and managerial skills whilst remaining flexible and confident with a great enthusiasm
