I am an accomplished Medical Education Director with over two decades of experience in Health Profession Education. I possess a proven track record of driving educational excellence and aligning institutions with global standards. My expertise encompasses leading curriculum development, implementing innovative teaching methodologies, and fostering faculty growth. Additionally, I specialize in Healthcare Systems, Quality, Accreditation, and Disaster management.My research endeavors focus on enhancing hospital disaster resilience and empowering healthcare workers through various models, conceptual frameworks, and strategies, particularly in Australia. In March 2024, I successfully obtained my PhD from Griffith University, Australia, where my dissertation addressed the influences of disasters and climate change on hospital resilience and healthcare professional performance, with a specific focus on Australia.This PhD is my second doctorate, the first being a medical doctorate in basic medical sciences (Microbiology).
