Dr. ILA Tiwari is Doctorate in Environmental Sciences from University of Pune (Joint Research program with HEMRL-DRDO and University of Pune) and holds Masters’ degree in Environmental Sciences (University Gold Medallist) from BBAU, Lucknow. She is IRCA Certified ISO Lead Auditor for EMS - Environmental Management Systems- ISO 14001:2004 & ISO: 19011:2011. She is Certified Master Trainer of Solid Waste Management by National Institute of Urban Affairs (Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs). She is MoEF&CC Accredited Government Analyst for Environmental Laboratory, Gazette Notified by Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change. She is QCI-NABET Accredited Expert in Functional Areas of Solid Waste, Hazardous Waste and Water Pollution as per Version-3 of the QCI-NABET Scheme for Accreditation of EIA Consultant Organizations. She is also ICAR-NET Qualified in Environmental Sciences for Assistant Professor.She has experience of working with CSIR labs (IITR, NEERI), GOI-NIUA, GOI-DRDO (HEMRL) in various technical capacities and Over 15 yrs. experience in statutory, legal & regulatory compliances in the field of EHS & ESG. She has extensive experience in conducting ESG due diligence of various Environment infrastructure projects and completed various EIA projects and completed various DPR’s and pre-feasibility reports for Environment infrastructure projects.Dr. ILA TIWARI has over 15 years’ experience in Environment infrastructure projects. Her expertise spans concept to commissioning including design of infrastructure for various projects of solid waste management (Municipal Waste, Industrial Hazardous-Waste, E- Waste, Biomining and other Solid Wastes), and environmental impact assessment (EIA) projects across India and extensive laboratory research experience in the optimization and standardization of different approaches for solid & hazardous waste management using state of art methods for safe and eco-friendly disposal and solid waste management. Executed large scale solid waste management projects for ULB’s & MC’s.
