Implemented the instructional vision of the principal by facilitating and monitoring our Professional Learning Communities and Model Teams. Lead teacher and student data talks to diagnosis instructional areas of concern and provide strategic solutions to improve student achievement. Fostered an affective culture for educational stakeholders to create an environment of effective collaboration. Modeled effective lesson planning and co-teaching best practices to bring relevance and rigor in instruction and application of learning. Served as a Parent Partner by providing assessment workshops, were parents receive a thorough understanding about formative and summative assessments. Collaborated with principal to monitor instructional targets related to the charter and CSIP. Developed and monitored the master schedule, restorative discipline plan, FTE and served as the Testing Coordinator.
